Shipping Information
Our Basic and Expedite shipping services are through the U.S. Post Office and they will be insured for the value of the item; that is part of the price of the shipping. We can ship anywhere in the US, and if you are an international customer please contact us directly at service@mygemologist.com to discuss shipping options.

- Basic – First Class Mail from USPS, Insured, $8.50
- Expediate – Priority Mail from USPS, Insured, $12.50
Return Policy & Guarantee
We strive to meet the expectations of our customers. However, should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your Arden purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any purchase returned in its original condition and packaging, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days when accompanied by a sales receipt or gift slip. All we ask is that the jewelry be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Jewelry that was damaged during your possession is not returnable. If the jewelry is worn then there is a 15% service charge. Jewelry that has been altered, including sizing, has the additional service work added to the service charge. Jewelry that has been altered and can not be returned to manufacturer’s standards is not returnable. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if we believe this policy is being abused.
All our new and custom jewelry is covered by a limited one year guarantee against any manufacturer’s defects. We strive to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee our workmanship. The jewelry guarantee covers manufacturer’s defects under normal wear. As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the prongs rechecked by a local jeweler every six months to a year to ensure their integrity from daily wear. However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, the one year warranty will cover the labor only repair of the merchandise by Arden Jewelers. If a stone does fall out and you have the stone, we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us. If a stone falls out and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the cost of the new stone to be replaced and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by our one year guarantee.
What is Normal Wear?
As with all fine jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things that are unsuitable for fine jewelry. There are very specific reasons these things are unsuitable for all fine jewelry. If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of "abnormal" wear such as chewing, sports or other "abnormal" things, we'll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price we can.
Ring Sizing
If we size your ring to the requested size and that size is incorrect, we will have to charge you again to re-size the ring. The ring size on a ring will not change, but because a customer’s finger can become larger or smaller because of diet, medication, the weather or weight change, etc., we can only guarantee ring sizing for 30 days from the date it ships from our store.
