Shipping and Returns
We want you to be happy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we would love to make it right, either by fixing what bothers you, exchanging the product for a different one, or giving a full refund (including original shipping).
If you would like to make a return, send the item back to us in its original condition with all documentation and packaging within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please package the item carefully and insure your shipment for the appropriate value. We cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items. After we receive and verify the shipment, please allow 7-10 days for the full refund to be credited back to you via the payment method you used to purchase the item. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if we believe this policy is being abused.
Please note that items that have been customized such as engraving or custom jewelry are non-returnable.
Guarantees and Warranties
All our new and custom jewelry is covered by a limited one year guarantee against any manufacturer’s defects. We strive to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee our workmanship. The jewelry guarantee covers manufacturer’s defects under normal wear. As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the prongs rechecked by a trusted local jeweler every six months to a year to ensure their integrity from daily wear. However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, the one year warranty will cover the labor only repair of the merchandise by Arden Jewelers. If a stone does fall out and you have the stone, we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to and from us. If a stone falls out and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the cost of the new stone to be replaced and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by the one year guarantee.
What is Normal Wear?
As with all fine jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things that are unsuitable for fine jewelry. There are very specific reasons these things are unsuitable for all fine jewelry. If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of “abnormal” wear such as chewing, sports or other “abnormal” things, we’ll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price we can.
Ring Sizing
If we size your ring to the requested size and that size is incorrect, we will have to charge you again to re-size the ring. The ring size on a ring will not change, but because a customer’s finger can become larger or smaller because of diet, medication, the weather or weight change, etc., we can only guarantee ring sizing for 30 days from the date it ships from our store.
Terms of Use
Any content uploaded to this site (e.g. customer reviews, reader comments, etc.) is the intellectual property of the content creator. However, by uploading to this site, the user grants license to Arden Jewelers to display, edit, and feature that content as it sees fit. We reserve the right to edit or delete any user contributed content. The primary reason that content may be edited would be lack of adherence to the guidelines presented in this document.
User contributed content should be constructive and professional. Lewd, offensive, or vulgar content will not be tolerated. We want to create an open and free community on this site, so we strive to intervene as little as possible. However, we will edit or delete any content that is not in keeping with the guidelines presented here, or that we find to be inappropriate based on our discretion.

Weights and Measurements
All product photos, weights, and measurements presented on this site are approximations. We strive to be as accurate as possible when measuring products, but no measurement is perfect. In certain situations, the measurements for a group of objects (e.g. pavé set gemstones) will be estimated from the measurements of a sample from the group. When physically weighing a gemstone is impractical, the weight of the gemstone is sometimes estimated based on its dimensions.
In general, weights are accurate to 1/10th of a carat and linear dimensions are accurate to 1/10th of a millimeter. Each product is different however, and the level of precision may vary.
Certain products offer customizations such as ring sizing and changeable main gemstones. In these and similar cases, the product received may look significantly different than the product shown in the pictures.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously at Arden Jewelers. We will not sell or otherwise give your personal information to any third parties except as required by law. Also, we use industry standard encryption and security techniques to keep our users’ data safe.
Email Opt Out
It’s no fun getting email you don’t want. If you have previously signed up for our email newsletter, and you no longer want to receive it, just contact us with your email address and we will unsubscribe you. Alternatively, you can click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of the emails that you received from us. No hard feelings. 🙂
Our Use of Cookies
Cookies are tiny bits of information stored on your device that allow us to remember you on return visits. Cookies must be enabled to post comments, sign up, and preform some other actions on the site. This is because we use cookies as a measure to help prevent spam. No personal data is collected by these cookies.
We also use Google Analytics to help us learn how people use the site and make improvements to it. Google Analytics stores anonymous and aggregated information about our visitors which is tracked via cookies.
