Arden Jewelers has actually come alongside several other local jewelers in the past when they have decided to close. We developed close relationships with stores like Diamond and Gold Vault, Dalin Jewelers, and more. When those stores closed, they referred their loyal clients to us, confident that they would be well taken care of. Now, we want to do the same thing for Samuels Jewelers clients in the Sacramento area and beyond.

If you have never heard of us, we are a family jeweler that has served the Sacramento area for over 30 years. We have built our business on giving our clients exceptional value, quality jewelry, and incredible service. We have a full repair shop on-site including a laser welder which allows us to service and create almost any kind of jewelry you can imagine right here. Read more about our story, checkout some of our testimonials, or better yet, stop by our shop to say hello. We would love to meet you and welcome you to our jewelry family.

Whether you shopped at the Samuels Jewelers in the Arden Fair Mall, the Samuels Diamonds in the Roseville Galleria Mall, or one of their many other local stores in Stockton, Modesto, and beyond we would love to step in and help with any of your jewelry needs going forward.

If you know anyone who was a Samuels client, please feel free to send them our contact info or a link to this article. Now they don’t have to worry about where to go for jewelry repairs, maintenance, and gifts. And, if you were a Samuels client, please visit us today and get your special discount on jewelry repair and service. Or, you can always email, text, or call us with your questions: (916) 481-8006. We can’t wait to meet you.

What will happen to my warranty coverage?

A quick reminder: we are not Samuels Jewelers and did not buy them or out or take over their warranty coverage in any way. That said, keep reading because you may still have some options.

First, check your warranty paperwork. It should include details about your coverage and numbers to contact to file claims. While we aren’t privy to the details of any Samuels systems, we have been informed that certain warranty programs were through third parties and are still valid.

If you have a lifetime warranty that was purchased after 2013 and before May 2018, your plan may be with Asurion. If so, you can contact Asurion to find out how to get warranty repairs done. If you have a three year service plan purchased after May 2018, your plan may be with Jewelers Mutual, and you can contact Jewelers Mutual to find out more. If your plan is with Jewelers Mutual, you are free to decide where you have your warranty repair work done, and we would love to help you with that.

Whether your coverage is still valid or not, we are here to help service and maintain your jewelry so you’re not stuck without a jeweler. As a Samuels Jewelers client you can get 50% off your first jewelry repair of any kind with us and get the same exceptional service that has made us a fixture of Sacramento’s local jewelry market for over 30 years.

How is Arden Jewelers similar to Samuels Jewelers?

We both have a wide range of beautiful jewelry available in-stock and ready to go with a focus on diamonds and engagement rings. We both started as small family jewelers. A quote from the Samuels values statement reads “treat those with whom we come in contact…the same way we would expect to be treated in similar circumstances.” That’s a sentiment we live by everyday here at Arden Jewelers.

How is Arden Jewelers different than Samuels Jewelers?

Being a family owned, independent jeweler outside of the mall allows us to keep our overhead low and our prices low as well. It also has allowed us to curate a truly unique collection of jewelry that you won’t find anywhere else. You will find everything from one-of-a-kind Art Deco masterpieces, to cutting edge modern designers like Mark Schneider, to exceptional values on reconditioned estate jewelry. We also specialize in custom jewelry design and have an on-site repair shop where we work on customers jewelry and make our own pieces.

Can you buy jewelry I don’t want any more?

Absolutely! We have been buying jewelry in Sacramento since we first started, and we can pay more than most jewelers. Learn more about our jewelry buying service here. Our gemologist jewelry buyers pay for the gems and not just the gold weight. Come by today for a free value appraisal.

What services can Arden Jewelers offer?

We pride ourselves on being a full-service jewelry store. In addition to a wide and unique inventory we offer: jewelry repair, insurance appraisals, we buy jewelry, custom design, financing, jewelry finding services, and more. Checkout our services page to learn more.

What people are saying

  1. Tara Warfield says:

Are you affiliated with Andrews Jewelers?

    • Hi Tara, thanks for reaching out. We are not affiliated with Andrews Jewelers (or Samuels for that matter). We’re an independent, family jeweler in Sacramento reaching out to people who suddenly find themselves without their normal jeweler to see if we can help.

  2. Tracy says:

I have RSVP warranty through Samuel’s, was bought in 2009. Where can i use this warranty or is it not any good

    • Hi Tracy, that’s a good question. My understanding is that warranties before 2013 that were not with 3rd parties aren’t usable anymore, but remember we’re not insiders at all on this. Your best bet is to check your warranty paperwork and call any claims numbers you find to see if you can get some more information. If that doesn’t work out, you can always bring the piece in to us to take advantage of our 50% off your first repair offer for past Samuels clients.

  3. Kourtney Klosterboer says:

I bought my wedding set at rogers jewelers and was told this is where my warranty is now I need to get my ring re dipped and a diamond fixed

    • Hi Kourtney, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry someone gave you bad information. As we mentioned in the article we did not take over any of Samuels’ or Rogers’ warranty servicing. That said, your warranty may still be valid. Your best bet is to call the claims number on your warranty paperwork and see what they say. Failing that, we are offering 50% off on your first repair with us to any past Samuels clients, so you can definitely take advantage of that as well.

  4. Elizabeth says:

My husband bought my engagement ring at Samuels Jewelers are we were supposed to receive a certificate on the diamond, but never did, then the company closed. How do I go about getting a certificate for my diamond?

    • Hi Elizabeth, that’s a good question. Unfortunately, we’re not aware of any way to reach someone with access to Samuels’ records to find the certificate. Failing that, it depends on what you need the cert for. If you just need the information from it, most grading houses (GIA, EGL, etc.) will let you look up a copy of the cert online based on the number (you can probably find the number on your paperwork for the purchase or it might be engraved on the side of the stone. If you want the information on the ring (possibly for resale or insurance), you can have a gemologist (like us) do an appraisal for you. If you need an official diamond certificate, you will probably need to have the stone pulled, mailed to GIA (or another grading house), and reset.

  5. Kelly says:

Do you do trade in with the Samuels purchased ring?

    • Hi Kelly, good question. We are handling trade ins on a case-by-case basis at this time. If you are local to Sacramento, CA, feel free to bring your ring in, and we would love to take a look. If not, you can also send us some pictures/details and we can let you know if it would be something we could do a trade in with.

  6. Kalimah says:

    Hello,
My husband purchased my wedding ring from Samuel jewelry in 2017 and I need it to be repaired how do I go about doing that? Thank you

    • Hi Kalimah, thanks for reaching out. If you have a warranty on the ring, my first suggestion would be to check your paperwork and call the claims number. If not, we are still offering 50% off on your first repair to past Samuels clients. Just stop by our shop anytime and we would be happy to help. If you are not in the Sacramento, CA area, feel free to email us some details on the repair along with some pictures, and we can go from there.

  7. Alicia says:

I bought a Brilliant fire ring from Samuel jewelers back in 2015. I had misplaced the receipt I’m needing a copy of it. All the Samuel jewelers are now closed. Would y’all be able to help me out?

    • Hi Alicia, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don’t have any access to Samuels’ records of any kind. If you financed the ring, it’s possible that the bank has some records on it, so it might be worth reaching out to them.

  8. Tanya R Hays says:

My husband bought me a wedding set yrs ago and we got the warranty. We recently went on vacation and my ring fell off and is now lost. Is there a way to get a replacement?

    • Hi Tanya, I’m sorry to hear that. If you still have your warranty paperwork, your best bet would be to reach out to the claims contact shown there. Beyond that, we would be happy to make you a new ring and give you the best price possible, but since we are a separate company from Samuels we wouldn’t be able to help with any warranty issues.

  9. C Harper says:

My purchase/warranty was in 2005. You did not mention in this article where to go or who to contact about my coverage. Please let me know what to do. Thanks

    • Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information on warranties from that far back. My recommendation would be to check your warranty paperwork to see if it lists a claims phone number and try that. If that doesn’t work, you can definitely take advantage of our offer for 50% off on your first repair.

  10. rita vinaja says:

I bought a ring years ago from Samuels . I was told if I wanted to upgrade it I could take it back for an upgrade. I just had to pay double what the original ring was. I’m ready go upgrade but there’s no Samuels and I now live in Colorado . Am I out of luck for doing A trade in?

    • Hi Rita, thanks for reaching out. While we are not connected with Samuels we do buy jewelry and do trade ins all the time. Feel free to email us some pictures and any details you have on your ring (carat weight, metal, etc.), and we can let you know what kind of trade in/upgrade we could offer.

  11. Judy says:

I bought a beautiful diamond ring in 2005 with a life time warranty and recently lost a stone. I live in victorville area of the high desert. Is there a jeweler in this area I can take it to Thank You

    • Hi Judy, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about your lost stone. Unfortunately, we don’t have a relationship with any jewelers in your area. I would look around for a jeweler that does on-site repairs and has GIA trained gemologists on staff. If you aren’t able to find anyone local, we are happy to help through the mail. You can email us some pictures of your ring if you would like to go that route.

  12. Carrie says:

Anyone have a number for RSVP? The number listed above doesn’t get you anywhere

  13. Ken says:

I purchased my wife’s wedding ring from Samuels back in 2009. we are coming up on our 10 yr anniversary, and i’d like to get her an addition to her set. She has the main diamond ring and one princess cut channel-set ring that i was planning on duplicating to give to her. Now that Samuels is closed, i’m finding it difficult to find the exact same ring.

  14. Katie says:

I have a question. My husband purchased my ring back in 2005 through Schubach Jewelers. It was purchased with a lifetime warranty. I would go in every year to have the stones checked and have the white gold re-dipped/ touched up. Now that all Schubach locations are closed I haven’t been able to do that and it needs to be done again. Is there somewhere that I can send my ring to that will accept the warranty, or do I need to find a new jeweler all together? Thank you in advance for your help.

    • Hi Katie, thanks for commenting, and I apologize for the slow response. Your best bet is to check your warranty paperwork. If there is a phone number you can call I would give that a try. we have heard that some lifetime warranties were with third parties and may still be valid. Failing that, you would need to find a new jeweler to maintain your jewelry. If you are in the Sacramento, CA area, we would be happy to help, or we can also work through the mail if you are ok with that option. Otherwise, I would recommend you look for an independent local jeweler that does on site repairs and has been in your area for a long time.

  15. Nicholas Balagat says:

I bought my wife her engagement ring from a Samuels jewelers in 2009. Being in the military and such, we have moved around alot. She has a lifetime warranty and two of the small diamonds around the large diamond has fallen out. What can I do about getting these replaced? We currently live in Las Vegas but will be moving to California next month.

    • Hi Nicholas, thanks for commenting, and I apologize for the slow response. I would recommend you check your warranty paperwork. If your warranty was with a third party, it may still be valid. If that doesn’t work out, we would love to be your new jeweler. We can give you 50% off on the cost to replace those missing diamonds since it would be your first repair as a former Samuels customer.

  16. Julia says:

After reading several of the posts, I really feel lucky that I only had 1 stone fall out (in the cleaning solution at the jeweler’s no less). and approximately a year before our local Samuel’s closed, I had it sent in for replacing the prongs. Since the individual who gave it to me has died several years ago, I had continued wearing it as he stated It will be there for your protection and will also prevent any unwanted advances.) At this point I am very tempted to just leave it in its little box in my special drawer as I was not given any warranty papers, and there is only a number for Samuel’s customer service on the back of my original sales receipt.

    • Hi Julia, thanks for reaching out. Yes, without warranty paperwork, it may be tough to get the stone replaced under your protection plan. That said, you can always try reaching out to the companies listed on this blog post. Failing that, we would love to help replace the stone for you, and you can take advantage of our offer for 50% off your first repair with us as a previous Samuels customer.

  17. Julia Siders says:

In august, 1998, I was given a Yellowgold 14-stone pressuresex ring with a life-time warranty. I have had it cleaned and checked regularly up until the time my local Samuel’s closed. At that point I placed the ring in its box until I could find out if my warranty was still going to be good.I have not been able to find out who is handling things for Samuel’s as of this date. If my life-time warranty is going to be honored, I would like to start wearing it again (My hand looks ‘naked’ without it.) Thank you

    • Hi Julia, thanks for commenting. Given that the purchase was so long ago, I doubt the coverage would have been through any of the third parties that we know about. In that case, your best bet is probably to find a jeweler who can continue to service your ring. We would to help you with that, and you can always take advantage of our 50% off your first repair offer for Samuels clients. Hopefully that helps a little and please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions.

  18. ANDY says:

Hi there – I purchased engagement ring and wrap from Samuels Jewelers back on 8-26-1995. Got divorced a couple years ago. Looking to sell my 1CT MQT SI1-SI2 Color G-H solitaire diamond and the wrap that consists of 6RD/12 BA. Please contact me if you are interested.

I wanted to add I have some paperwork. Thank you

    • Hi Andy, thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the slow response. If you haven’t sold your ring already, feel free to email us some pictures of it along with the paperwork, and we can let you know what our offer would be.

  19. Samantha Lopez says:

Hi. I wanted to upgrade my ring… will that be possible. Will I be offered the credit In The amount I paid for order to upsize like I could with Samuels?

    • Hi Samantha, thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the slow response. We can definitely help with a trade in. Our process is a bit different than Samuels, but feel free to stop by our shop or email us some pictures if you aren’t in the area and we can give you some more information.

  20. Veronica says:

Hey Everyone, I also purchased a ring and had an Asurion warranty. After digging turns out it was through RSVP repair service value plan. number is 1-877-726-8357. hope that is helpful.

  21. Angel Rocha Palmeri says:

My ex husband purchased my ring from Samuels, so I am unsure of warranty. Took ring to get appraised, and am looking to return it. Please help, Angel

    • Hi Angel, thanks for reaching out to us. As you read in the article above, we are not affiliated with Samuels in any way, so we wouldn’t be able to help with a return.

That said, if you are looking to sell the ring or trade it in for something else feel free to stop by our shop. We can’t give you retail value for it, but we can give you a fair evaluation and a cash wholesale offer (see or article on how jewelry is valued for more on that).

  22. Michael says:

I purchased a ring in 2017 from Samuels Jewelers and one of the diamonds fell out. I tried to contact Asurion and they couldn’t find anything in the system for me. I also tried to see if I had a warranty through Jewelers Mutual and nothing came up in the system. I even contacted the leasing company and they couldn’t find anything. Are there any of warranty companies you might know of that Samuel’s used? Also, can I just drop by your store and get a quote for the repair? I don’t live too far.

    • Hi Michael, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear that the warranty options didn’t work for you. Those are the only ones that we are currently aware of.

We would be happy to give you an estimate for repairs. If you’re in the Sacramento area, please feel free to stop by the shop. That’s the best way for us to give you an accurate estimate. Just mention that you are a former Samuels client and we will be happy to give you 50% off your first repair.

      • Sharmila Narayan says:

I am in the same boat bought a ring from samuels jewellery and few diamonds fell off, I have life warranty on it, can you please help me?

        • Hi Sharmila, I’m sorry to hear that. If you have looked into the warranty options listed in the article already, we don’t have any additional information on that front, unfortunately. That said, you can always take advantage of our 50% off on your first repair offer. If you are in the Sacramento area, feel free to stop by otherwise you can email us some pictures of the ring and we can give you a ballpark repair estimate.

        • AliGarcia says:

  23. Frank Chandler says:

We live near Kansas City, Kansas but I bought a ring for my wife from Samuel’s Jewelers in Stockton, Ca. before 2008. She has a ring designer ring with a signature inside the band which I believe i Ahnadal. She has lost two triangular stones & one diamond shaped stone from the main setting. We had a lifetime warranty for lost stone replacement, cleaning & tightening but are now at a loss as to how we can get these stones replaced. Can you advise?

    • Hi Frank, thanks for commenting, and I’m sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any continued warranty coverage for purchases made that long ago, but we’re not affiliated with Samuels and don’t have details on their past policies, so check your paperwork if you still have it.

That being said, we would be happy to help replace your missing stones if you would like to ship the ring to us. We can give you an estimate up front and you would save 50% off on your first repair because you are a past Samuels client. If you want to go that route, just send us a quick email with a picture of the ring and we can give you more detailed instructions. If you don’t want to ship the ring, my best advice would be to find a local, independent jeweler that does on-site repairs.

  24. Irene says:

If Samuels is out of business.. how are you honoring the warranty amount charged to me in the amount of 139.99?

    • Hi Irene, as we noted above, we are not related to Samuels and we are not honoring any Samuels warranty. We are simply reaching out to past Samuels clients who now find themselves without a jeweler.

I’m not sure what charge you are referring to, but hopefully this helps clear things up. If you have further questions about a charge from our company (Arden Jewelers), please feel free to contact us directly.

  25. Jessica D Rodriguez says:

Hi, my fiance purchased my engagement ring in June of 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, they did 2 things, they got him on a 12 month no interest plan, they told him the ring he bought was a 1 1/2 carat or 2 diamond ring. first problem, the 12mon no interest was untrue, immediately he received a bill owing more than what they told him. they said there was no 12 month no interest, than as were looking for wedding bands just 2 days ago, my ring split and a diamond is already missing. Of course I do not have any paper work. What can I do?

And I forgot to mention that another jewelry store told us that the ring was testing out to be as a mossenite ring, not diamond. So we feel very lied too and don’t know what to do, our wedding is coming up in less than 3 months.

    • Hi Jessica, I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about payment plans, but you should be able to contact the bank that the plan was through (they are still in business).

As far as the stone falling out, if you purchased one of their warranty plans (probably the 3 year plan with Jewelers Mutual) that should still be active and you can use the link in the article to contact them. If you don’t have a warranty plan, you can definitely send the ring to us for repairs. We are offering half off your first repair for past Samuels clients. Just send us an email with pictures of the ring before you ship it, so we can give you shipping instruction. If you don’t want to ship it, my best advice would be to look for a local, independent jeweler who does on-site repairs.

  26. Samantha says:

I bought a engagement ring & it’s been sitting in this box. My boyfriend propose to me THIS month & 3 diamonds already fell out. Who do I call? How can I get it fixed? samuel’s closed in my city. What can I do? I want to cry because nobody can help me.

    • Hi Samantha, I’m so sorry to hear that. If you bought the ring fairly recently and have a protection plan/warranty of some kind it may still be valid (see the notes about warranties in the post above). If not, we would be happy to take a look at it for you. If you are in the Sacramento area, you can stop by our shop in person, or you can always mail it to us. Otherwise, your best bet would probably be to find a trusted local jeweler that can evaluate the ring to see what repairs/modifications may be needed.

  27. Jessica Wright says:

I bought a ring at Samuels right before they closed. They stated that I received a 3 year warranty, of course I didnt receive any paperwork with the warranty information on it. I recently lost 2 small diamonds. I dont know what to do. I still am making payments towards this ring with no warranty information. Can you please help me?

    • Hi Jessica, I’m sorry to hear that. It sounds like your warranty is most likely with Jeweler’s Mutual. I would try to contact them first. If they can’t help, you can always take advantage of our half off offer on your first repair. Feel free to email us some pictures of the ring if you want to go that route.

  28. Katie says:

Warranties purchased in the last 7 yrs most likely is covered by Assurian lifetime warranty or 3yr plan thru Jewlers Mutual please look at your paper work if you purchased prior to 2013 your warranty is no longer valid if you did not renew it prior to 2018

    • Thanks for the info! We have updated the post. 🙂

    • Derek says:

Asurion does not even show to have samuels as an affiliate for when selecting provider….need help finding out how to get ahold of them

      • Hi Derek, if you still have your warranty paperwork, contact information should be on there. I added a link to the Asurion contact page in the article, but you’re right, I didn’t see Samuels in their phone number list. Maybe you can try reaching out to them on one of their social channels or by chat?

  29. Letita Mims says:

Is there a way I can get ahold of Samuels Representative. They sold me sapphire earrings and told me they were diamonds. Marked them down from 750 to 150.

  30. Ann Marie Pilgrim says:

If I were in need of repairs for my ring would I have to send it yo your location in Sacramento? Or do you have other options…I live in Salem OR. I’ve carried warranties with Samuels for over 20 years. Thank you, Ann Marie

    • Hi Ann, thanks for reaching out. First, check your warranty paperwork. If you renewed it after 2013, you might still have coverage (see the updated warranty notes above). That said, we would be happy to offer you 50% off on your first repair with us, but we only have the one location here in Sacramento, CA at this time. Please feel free to contact us to learn more about how we do repairs through the mail.

  31. Stacey Novak says:

Will you have an Arden Jeweler in Oregon or Washington since we’ve lost our Samuel’s as well?

    • Hi Stacey, thanks for commenting. We just have the one location in Sacramento, CA at this time. But, we have lots of experience doing repairs, jewelry buying, sales, and more through the mail, so we would be happy to help with any jewelry needs that you have.

  32. Deb says:

I live in Fresno, California. Any information where I could reliably bring my ring in for 6 mo checks? I would like to stay in Fresno. Thanks!!!

    • Hi Deb, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, I don’t have a good referral for you in Fresno at this time. That said, we do offer repairs and checkups through the mail if change your mind.

  33. Jimmy scott says:

So what happens to our lifetime warranty on our jewelry that we paid for? My wife needs to get her ring resized, who covers this? Do we get our money back for our warranty that no longer exists? How’s does this all work now?

    • Hi Jimmy, thanks for reaching out. The first thing I would do is check your warranty paperwork. While we don’t have any inside information, we have heard that certain warranty plans were through third parties and may still be valid (see the updated post above under the warranty section). Of course, our 50% off your first repair offer doesn’t replace a warranty, but we hope it can help ease the transition as you find a new jeweler.

  34. Julie says:

Hi. My husband and I bought our rings in the Modesto store in 1986, and I’ve been faithfully taking my diamond ring for checkups and cleaning ever since. I was warned at the last one 6 months ago that they may be closing after the new year, so I’m not totally surprised. My question is, do you have any stores in Modesto, or is Sacramento the only one? I do not need any repairs at this time, so how long is this offer good? Thanks.

    • Hi Julie, thanks for reaching out to us. We currently only have the one store in Sacramento, CA, but we also do repairs and checkups through the mail. There is no definite cut off on the 50% offer at this time, so feel free to contact us whenever you need repairs and just mention this offer.

  35. Cheryl Keaser says:

I bought an engagement ring and wedding band back at the end of September. A week after I bought it a diamond fell out and they replaced it. Since then I’ve had three more diamonds fell out and had them replaced! I just got it back yesterday and wore it for less then 24 hours and guess what? Another diamond is missing today! I got married in October and I have literally worn my engagement ring for a total of 12 days! I am getting very frustrated! I feel like refusing to pay the bill! I know it said all sales are final when I bought it but I never expected the poor quality of jewelry!

    • Hi Cheryl, thanks for commenting, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. While I can’t offer you any advice on how to get help from Samuels at this point, I can say that we do offer jewelry trade-ins here. If this ring isn’t working out, we can help you find one that will and work out a trade-in value for the old ring. Feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more about that.

  36. Danielle says:

I have been taking my wedding ring in every six months since 2004. I was told by multiple Samuels employees that we would get some direction and more information by mail in February…at the latest March. Nothing yet and every number they have given me is disconnected or has been busy for seven days. Any help would be appreciated.

    • Hi Danielle, I’m so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, it’s a common story. We don’t have any inside information on the situation with Samuels, but we’re happy to help with any repairs or maintenance on your jewelry going forward. There are also 3rd party jewelry insurance policies you can look into (like adding a rider to your home owner’s insurance).

  37. Sarah says:

So we were promised that in January we could opt in for the life time warranty (when we bought my engagement ring they were going thru warranty changes and could not get one at the time) with Rogers Jewelry, we called them 4 separate times at our location where we bought the ring starting in January and they told us to keep waiting and they would call us when we could get it. Well the store closed and now I am so worried something is going to happen to my ring … What should I do?

    • Hi Sarah, thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don’t have any inside information on the current state of Samuels or their warranty program. That said, if you didn’t purchase a lifetime warranty at this point, I would probably consider yourself lucky. We haven’t seen any evidence that lifetime warranties will be honored in any way going forward.

Of course, if you are worried about your ring, the best thing to do is to find a local jeweler who can give you regular checkups. We recommend going in every 6 months to a year to make sure everything looks good and no stones are close to falling out. If you are in the Sacramento, CA area, we would love to help you with that.

  38. Nancy says:

I bought a watch from samuels who do I call to make my payments now?

    • Hi Nancy, that’s a good question. Unfortunately, since we are not affiliated with Samuels we can’t advise you on where to make payments on our watch. Every phone number for Samuels that we have tried recently has failed to connect. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful to you on this.

  39. Linda Guess says:

This sounds like what I need. I have a ring with a missing diamond and I would like to have is repaired.. We live in Arizona. How can I get an estimate?

    • Hi Linda, thanks for reaching out to us. We would love to help replace your diamond. Just send us an email with some pictures of the ring, and we’ll get back to you with an estimate for the repairs. Be sure to let us know in your email that you are coming from Samuels in Arizona so we can get you the 50% off discount.
