KCRA Visits Arden Jewelers

When KCRA 3 did a report on selling gold jewelry, they compared our offer to a gold party and other local jewelers. Arden Jeweler’s gave them the most for their gold jewelry, and we can do it for you too.

Come by today and our professional jewelry buyers will make you a great off on your jewelry. Or, you can learn more about our jewelry buying service.

  1. Bobbijo Marshall says:

I’ve enjoyed your existence and your website and I would be interested in showing you one of my gemstone rings indention MJ7925

  2. Emillee says:

I have a lot of jewelry made with turquoise and stones. I don’t know what they are. I would like to sell them.

  3. Brian Mitchell says:

I buy and sell storage units and i collect a lot of gems i live in alabama. How hard will it be for us to do business?

    • Hi Brian, thanks for reaching out. We are able to buy jewelry remotely. To get started, just send us some pictures of the jewelry you were interested in selling (either by email or text) and we’ll let you know about how much we would be able to pay for it. If that offer sounds good, you can mail us the jewelry, and we’ll verify everything and get you paid. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

  4. Dana Penzone says:

I have a tennis bracelet with 36 diamonds totaling about 5.8 carats. It is set in 18 karat yellow gold. I have taken it to several places to sell and have been offered so many different prices that I don’t know what to think. Help!

    • Hi Dana, that sounds like a nice piece. Thanks for reaching out to us. In general, when you are getting multiple offers on a piece, you need to keep two things in mind: what type of value are you getting and how are they getting to that value. First, if you are getting wildly different offers it’s possible that some dealers are giving you a price that they would be willing to pay and others may be giving you an estimated retail price or an appraised value (which will be very different). Make sure that they understand you want a cash offer price. Second, ask the dealers how they are arriving at the price they are quoting you. It’s hard to believe, but some buyers only pay for the gold and not the diamonds (see the “cautionary tale“). So, have them explain how they are evaluating your piece.

Hopefully that helps. Selling jewelry can be a bewildering experience, but hang in there. If you are looking for some more guidance, you can check out our in-depth article on how to sell your jewelry. Also, if you are ever in the Sacramento, CA area, we would be happy to evaluate your tennis bracelet and give you a great offer on it.

I have 40 pieces mostly rings. Can I just show up or do I need a appointment to sell?
